Hi! I’m Kevin David Rail, a Health Coach and Fitness/Nutrition Specialist with certifications from ACSM, NASM, ACE and AFM, and I have a BS in Sport Management/Fitness & Wellness.

I have over 25 years of experience in my field, helping thousands of people improve their lives through fasting protocols, meal planning and training programs to maximize fat loss, strength, mobility and brain function. My focus is to motivate, inspire and educate people to live their best lives.
The overall focus of specialized fitness training is to help you become stronger and more mobile, and do the things you love to do with grace and ease.

This is done through a very specific style of training, which includes 3-dimensional movements, crossbody patterns, bodyweight and tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, BOSUs and suspension trainers.

hEALTH Coaching

I meet people where they are. In an initial 60-minute session, I help you establish an action plan that includes an overall vision where you see yourself in the future, as well as locate motivators, obstacles and strategies to reach your ideal wellbeing. 

Fitness Training

Nutrition

I provide education on clean nutrition, fueling your body correctly for the diet plan you follow, eating right in conjunction with fasting and healing your relationship with food. Overall, I supply you with the tools needed to support your health, lose weight and function optimally through proper nutrition to achieve your goals. 

Program Design

I build wellness plans that include fasting, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle. This is done completely virtually and I can do these on a week-to-week basis or build them for a specific timeframe like 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks.
